What’s my specialty?
My clients ! I do have a base that I work from, but my clients are all over San Antonio and my job is to help them with THEIR needs in Buying or Selling.
Where have I been?
I’ve been licensed since the age of 20 working along side my family in real estate. I earned my Broker’s license in 1994. Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate Management. I have been actively involved in my Board and currently serve as the Treasurer for the San Antonio Parrothead Club (charity club).
Where am I going?
Down the same path with my Clients! It’s important for people to know that they can count on you and know that you had THEIR BEST INTEREST at heart during the transaction. That’s why they will call me when that baby is born, the raise allows them to move up and the nest is empty and they want more freedom in life.
How do I work?
By referrals…it’s the best way to meet, get to know and maintain friendships as well as Clientel over the years. A better understanding of people will only ensure that I know really what the objective is in real estate. What a blessing!
Kristin Moran
A San Antonio native, Kristin has over 13 years of experience at USAA in the Human Resources field. Kristin obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Incarnate Word University and a Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake. Licensed originally in 1991, Kristin has returned with a great understanding of people and their needs to apply her new knowledge to the Real Estate industry. Her goal is to develop relationships built on trust, respect, integrity, and client satisfaction. This is her commitment to all of our clients!
