Experience and Service
To say that real estate is in Sheila Moran's genes would be an understatement. She earned her real estate salesperson license at age 20 and grew up working in the family real estate business. In 1994 Sheila earned her broker’s license and also has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Real Estate Management. Continuing education above and beyond the minimum requirements is a commitment that has contributed to Sheila's success and she has numerous designations and certifications to her credit. Her education makes her a valuable asset to her clients. Sheila also believes in service and giving back as evidenced by her active involvement with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Women's Council of REALTORS® and other civic organizations. She graduated from the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program in 2010 and served as program chair in 2013. Sheila has also served as President of San Antonio Women's Council of REALTORS® and currently serves as the State President-Elect for WCR-Texas.

Buying and selling real estate can be one of the most stressful experiences a person can have. Sheila understands this reality and is prepared to guide you through the process during always keeping your best interest at heart. This why past clients call her when they have a baby, get a pay raise that allows them to move up in house or downsize when the nest is empty. Like her sister, Kristin was born and raised in San Antonio. She grew up in and around the real estate business working with her father who was a real estate broker for over 40 years. Kristin was originally licensed as a Texas real estate salesperson in 1991 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from The University of the Incarnate Word and continued her education to earn a Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. She embarked on a career for the next 13 years at USAA (one of San Antonio's largest employers) in Human Resources.

Kristin returned to the family business with a greater understanding of people and their needs to apply her experience and knowledge in the real estate industry. Her goal is to develop relationships built on trust, respect, integrity, and client satisfaction. Kristin has built an impressive resume of past and repeat clients and has an extensive referral network. She is a firm believer in education and continues her training through designation and certification courses in various real estate specializations so that she can be a valuable resource for her clients.

Kristin is all about educating the buyers and sellers that she works with so that they have a greater understanding of the real estate process. Her goal is to create happy clients who become repeat customers that refer their friends, families and associates when they have a real estate need. She will make your real estate transaction seamless and simple, keeping you informed along the way and using her years of of experience to provide clear correspondence, reasonable response time and honesty.

 

 

San Antonio natives Sheila and Kristin Moran have over 3 decades of real estate experience between them. They learned about real estate working with their father in the family business. This experience and their own determination lead them to open their own RE/MAX office in 2009. They strive to prove the theory that selective agent hiring and team effort rules over all in the real estate brokerage business.
